The test consists of 3 steps and a collection of 22 images (archetypes). In step 1, review each archetypal image and decide - based on your intuition, experiences and self-assessment - what priorities you give to each archetype. This is not a version of how you would like things to be, but of HOW IT IS, TODAY, HERE AND NOW. If you use the test some time from now, perhaps your choices will be different. Today, it is the product of your past experiences and beliefs in both your personal and professional life.\u00a0Rate each archetype according to the scale below:<\/p>\n

1 star\u00a0- archetypes you do not accept or resent.
2 stars\u00a0- archetypes with which you identify in about 40-60%
3 stars\u00a0- the archetypes that speak most strongly to you, that you identify with the most; so about 80 - 100%<\/p>\n

Then, in steps 2 and 3, select the images that most closely match the descriptions (according to the numbering from step 1) from the list. These will relate to your future and your dream boss or professional partner. After submitting the form, you will see a summary of the results and interpretations of each archetype.<\/p><\/div>
