You can respond based on actual behaviour in real-life situations in your personal and professional life and your expectations. The following statements describe the characteristics of leadership styles. Indicate the degree of preference for each item without spending much time considering it, i.e. to what extent in your personal opinion they relate to the ideal leader, i.e. the person you would be willing to follow or be led by.
